The course consists of 4 classes, held 3 times a week, with each class lasting 60 minutes. An experienced coach, who has taught hundreds of people to swim, will be with you in the water to assist you with simple exercises.
The “Water Adaptation” program is designed for individuals who cannot swim and have a fear of water:
The course consists of 4 classes, held 3 times a week, with each class lasting 60 minutes. An experienced coach, who has taught hundreds of people to swim, will be with you in the water to assist you with simple exercises.
Professional coaches with over 10 years of experience. At the end of the course, there will be a small assessment where you will need to perform a series of exercises that you learned during the program.
Classes take place in the shallow end of the pool, which is 1.2 meters deep. Exercises are performed slowly and smoothly. The coach will explain in detail, demonstrate the exercises, and the student will perform them multiple times.
Session 1Behave correctly and safely in the pool. Enter and exit the water, use swimming equipment, and respond appropriately to situations that may arise in the pool.
Session 2Breathe properly while in the water. Correct breathing is the foundation of effortless swimming. This skill allows you to swim without getting out of breath.
Session 3Glide on the surface of the water. You will experience weightlessness and the feeling of flying in the water.
Session 4Swim with your legs using a buoy or with your back against the water, which is essential for beginner swimming training.
