Challenge yourself in a 1km time trial on a 400m track! Our sports club offers you the chance to run this distance under the guidance of professional coaches in a motivating, competitive environment. Running alongside other athletes, you’ll be driven to push yourself and aim for your best time.

•For those with a heart rate monitor, our coaches can estimate your maximum and threshold heart rates and offer ** insights into your VO2 max**, along with race time predictions.
