T100 Dubai 2025 is the penultimate stop on the T100 Triathlon World Tour, taking place on 15–16 November 2025. Set against Dubai’s striking urban skyline, the event features a 100 km format — a 2 km swim, 80 km bike, and 18 km run — attracting the world’s top professional triathletes. Alongside the elite competition, amateur and sprint-distance races (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run) invite everyday athletes to compete on a world-class stage. As part of a prestigious global series, T100 Dubai blends elite sport with the energy and innovation of one of the world’s most dynamic cities — a defining moment in the international triathlon calendar.

Improve your swimming via the total immersion technique. We adapted our methods under triathlon by adding working off your actions during the start, learning to orientate in open waters and swimming in the wetsuit.
A serious approach to the road cycling trainings which will improve your results and ensure you complete the distance safe and sound.
The trainings are based on the natural run technique which focuses on the body position and foot placement. Specifically for the triathlon, we have the cycling+running trainings to prepare the sportsmen for the hardest transition during any triathlon race.
We will teach you how to get through the transition zones as quickly as possible, by teaching how to go get out of the wetsuit in a moment and prepare your place in it before the race in order not to lose any time.

One of the most popular public beach with lots of facilities. Running track passes through Kite Beach and runs for over 4 miles along the coast. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and toilets. Lifeguards are on duty.
There are lush green patches, shaded seating spots, breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline. Accessible for 24 hours a day for free, the tracks are well-lit and safe. Cycling loop is aprox. 9k, running track is available. Infrastructure: parking, shower & locker is free of change
