No. Most formats start from zero — we teach technique from the first session. Advanced groups and camps require a baseline, flagged on the program page.

The default language is English. Russian and Arabic coaches are available in most programs — let us know your preference when booking.
Yes. Most programs offer a trial session, and some formats have open community events so you can meet the coaches and the group first.
