- This is the best race for triathlon beginners to start with. Triathlon beginners do not be shy to register. This race gives you a good opportunity to practice multiple sports and have a first time experience about transitions, how to swap from one sport to another. You have 5 minutes to do that when you are coming out from the pool and heading to your stationary bike and 5 minutes again to swap from the bike to the treadmill. There is almost NO CHANCE to make a mistake as plenty of volunteers and marshalls will look after you and help you to be at your own spot on time.
- You can team up with I Love Supersport Family members. Be a Team Captain and choose 2 team members from I Love Supersport Family to team up with. You need to register at Premier Online and agree who is doing swimming – cycling – running for 30 minutes. You will start at the same time and do one of these sports by yourself.
- You can do your FTP test during the race. Bike is always 30 minutes either you do individual or team race.Do you need any better environment for an FTP test?
- Your triathlon season will start early. - Have an intense training and a healthy breakfast after. You can take it as a race and push it hard or you can take it as a part of your training for your outdoor season but at the end of the race you will have a well deserved and healthy buffet breakfast with other fellow triathletes.
- Swimming is the shortest… You are not so confident in swimming, right?Come on, it is only 10 minutes and you could have a rest at the end of each lane, just do not walk.So no stress please, sign up and challenge yourself.

IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon offers you a unique format to race as an individual 10 minutes swimming in a 25m pool (OK, this is outdoor pool but chilled) – 30 minutes cycling on a stationary bike and 20 minutes running on a treadmill.

In both formats results are calculated by the distance covered by the athlete(s).
You do not need to have your own bike, you can come in your comfy sports outfit with a pair of googles and a pair of running shoes and you are ready to race.
